On January 25, 26 & 27th, Minnie was at SoxFest 2008 at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago. 

Minnie was recently honored with the Jackie Robinson Lifetime Achievement award in Kansas City on January 12, 2008 at the Legacy Awards gala event.
